It was a good day on site this week, sharing the progress being made on the development of Westown Square with representatives from the OuterWest Investments Consortium, namely Siyabonga Hlengwa, Bandile Boyana, Delisile Nyanda and Senzo Masengemu.
OuterWest Investments is one of the shareholders of Westown Square, along with Fundamentum Dev Co, and the Community Participation Trust being formed in consultation with the local community and the eThekwini Municipality.
A 100% black-owned and managed company representing dynamic black professionals with different professional and personal backgrounds, each member of the company has a proven track record of success in their areas of expertise. They have come together to address previous challenges faced by South Africans, with the goal of supporting and enabling meaningful participation in the economy.
